♦ Xarias Clothing will provide a tracking number to your online order within approximately 48 hours of purchase. To avoid disappointment if you have an event date be sure to contact us at Myorder@xariasclothing.com prior to your order to confirm delivery can be met.

♦ We use a USPS (postal service), Fedex and DHL 

♦ As we have a number of ordering platforms occasionally an item may be come out of stock, in this instance a notification via email will be sent to advise new delivery time frames with further options. 

♦ We are located In Charlotte, North Carolina. We ship to every country in the world.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

♦ All orders will be processed in 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Packages that are processed will be pick up by shipping carriers (US Postal Service, FedEx or DHL ) and takes 3 to 7 business days to deliver depending on your location. Please allow some delays during holidays, after long weekends or bad weather.

♦ Delivery takes 3-7 business days for standard shipping orders and 1-2 business days for express shipping orders.  After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number for your order and instructions on how to track it.

♦ In general, items on the website are in stock and can be shipped promptly. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and receive an store credit for the missing item. 

 

LUX COLLECTION, LUX BANDAGE DRESSES PROCESSING TIME.

All lux bandage dresses or any item from our Lux collection is subject to a 4-6 business days processing time, this is excluded from your shipping time. After the processing time is completed Xarias clothing ships your package with the selected shipping method at the time of purchase. To avoid disappointment if you have an event date be sure to contact us at Myorder@xariasclothing.com prior to your order to confirm delivery can be met.

 

WHAT'S YOUR  FEE FOR REGULAR MAIL?

♦ Fee varies depending on your location, quantity and weight of your desire items. If your purchase is $100 or more, we offer free standard shipping within U.S orders. Domestic shipping includes the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses, This is  automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

 

 
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY?
 
♦ Definitely yes! We have this particular option service to truly make sure you happily receive your purchased items orders, right when you need them. Kindly, remember that all express orders confirmed before 12:00 Noon Easter time will be processed the same day pending your purchased bank verification. 
 
♦ Do not forget the day your order is handled and shipped does not count as a day in transit.
 
♦ Kindly take into consideration that express handling and shipping orders are only validated for purchased within the continental United States. Unfortunately, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico do not currently are included in this estimated. We sincerely apologize for the non-included states; they will for sure be in the near future. If you would like to find more details about the rates of the non- included states, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@xariasclothing.com.  We will get back to you right away.  (Please note that we ship all orders above $100.00 to the billing address. PROCESSING TIME
 
♦ Cutoff time for all express service is 12:00PM EST - if you pay before 12:00pmEST, we will be able to process your order on the same business day, and you will receive it on the next business day by end of day.
 Overnight service is not available for P.O. Box, APO, Hawaii, Alaska, and all international orders. Express service is not available for Saturday delivery. 
 
 
 
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
 
♦ Right at soonest your order is handle and shipped from our business location facility, it will proximately take 1 to 5 business days. You will also be emailed a tracking number once your order has been handle and shipped. Kindly note that purchased orders outside the continental United States take around 10 – 20 business days for delivery. 
You will receive a tracking number via E-mail once your order has been shipped. Tracking number will also be added to your  account order at Xariasclothing.com

♦  Customers outside of the US please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or levies that your country may impose on your shipment as this is handled within the country of receipt. We have absolutely no control or jurisdiction over your governments Processing time in customs, you may contact your local postal office for information on your package, once it has arrived your country. We have no control over duty/tax assessment or whether a duty/tax is assessed at all (for many shipments a duty/tax is not charged). We are required by US and international laws to list all purchases as merchandise at full cost and so per the law we cannot state on customs forms that purchases are gifts or change the purchase amount.
